A picturesque combination of Spanish Mission style architecture and abundant natural beauty, Ojai is a tranquil community nestled in the foothills of the Los Padres National Forest and the TopaTopa mountains.

The City of Ojai population is about 8,000 residents, with the surrounding communities of Meiners Oaks, Mira Monte, and Oak View, adding another 1,000 residents.

In 2006, the median home price in Ojai was approximately $655,000. For comparison, the December 2006 median price for the state of California was $567,690 according to the California Association of Realtors.
